Arron was really great from the start. Luckily he knew my family before me coming to buy a new car but he let me pick and choose what I wanted without much interference. He was there when I needed him and has been great at getting things sorted and keeping me in the loop with my new car. Best arnold clark I've ever been to ?

I arrived at the Preston branch unsure of which car l was going to purchase.I had arranged to meet Daniel Boston. He was busy on arrival, so my husband and l were greeted by a receptionist who made us a much needed coffee.Daniel came over to meet us and was very friendly and helpful. After numerous test drives, and hours of patience from Daniel l am happy to say l had come to a decision about my next car. Thank you to the team and especially Daniel Boston.

Excellent service from start to finish with Renault. Listened to wants and needs when viewing and buying car and setting up finance. Full communication at every step of the process. Spent time showing me the car and it?s workings on collection. Dealt with Rachel who was brilliant to deal with. Very friendly and personable making the transaction very smooth and easy for me. Always rang me back within the hour. Would recommend her to anyone. Overall Renault clearly work as a team with others stepping in to communicate when not their working day etc. Looking forward to enjoying my purchase.

Great service (again) from Arron. My husband bought a car a few months back and we felt no pressure, asked lots of questions (sorry Arron ha) and drove away very happy, so when it came to my turn it was the first place we thought to go. Sorted over the phone as we are not local to this branch. It was easy, informative and yet again great service and support from Arron. I am not the best with making decisions when comes to cars so was helpful to hear all he had to say on the cars we narrowed down to as well as the best financial route (PCP or HP) I told him my budget and he stuck to it, now just waiting to collect ?If you are unsure on what car to get or have had a bad experience with other garages I would recommend giving Arron a call he will professionally and honestly guide you down the best route.

I've restored and worked on cars for years, I also worked as a mechanic when I left school.Yesterday my sister in law called me a little confused. She'd taken her 2018 BMW 1 series to Arnold Clark for a service and MOT - a deal she had previously paid for. Afyer the MOT she was informed it had failed on the nearside headlight beam being too low. [It was too low]. However, to repair it they quoted almost £500 saying the whole bumper would need to be removed!!!! I asked her to bring the car to my address, sadly some distance and inconvenient for her so I could have a look at it. When I checked the beam was way out, however the work merely involved using an extension hex to manually back in/out the plastic adjusters designed for that very purpose, and testing it on an MOT ramp beam test device.Today she took the car to North West Autocare, Bamber Bridge who fixed it in less than two minutes and without charge! Guys, we are very grateful.Inspecting the car they asked if it had been serviced, it had been, sadly the technician hadn't refitted the oil cap properly and it had pressurised, leaking oil out. They sorted this as well - free of charge.I'm struggling to see how this is incompetence, it appears to go way beyond that. This appears to have been a intentional way of prising money from a lone woman. The technician had spotted she didn't live locally and when she said she'd be taking the car to get the work done somewhere else - he pointed out the inconvenience given she lived some distance away.My advice is simple, I wouldn't trust Arnold Clark with my sons little-tykes push along tricycle.Not only was the quote outrageous, she was even charged for them to merely look at the headlight (30 minutes), for this privilege they incorrectly/falsified the issue/repair.Understandably she was so disillusioned by Arnold Clark she decided not to return and she paid North West Autocare for a second time.Excellent work North West Autocare ensuring a lone woman wasn't scammed. Can't recommend you enough, time and time again you've impressed me with your homesty and integrity.Arnold Clark - absolute disgrace. I'm appalled and will be telling everyone I know to avoid you like the plague.

Went to pick up new car. Car presented perfectly but the praise really goes to the 2 staff members who did the handover. Professional but very helpful and friendly. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough, from first viewing the car and ordering and the regular updates as to where the car was in the build and delivery chain. If you do read these reviews I just want to say thanks for the help given all the way.Once again thanks to Ben and Diana.

I've been searching for a new car for months with absolutely no success. I've a long series of difficulties with various other dealerships, ranging from major problems with the cars themselves, to disgustingly poor levels of service (in one case, from another large dealership) and many other frustratingly avoidable problems. Therefore, I was more than delighted when I visited Arnold Clark on the off chance that I might have better luck. After countless problems at every turn and a long line of poor service, I was so relieved when everything was made easy for me. Emily was incredible at every step of the process, with a warm and genuine service that was honestly second to none. I can't thank her enough for making the process so simple for me, always being friendly and helpful, making the whole process a breeze. I've never bought through Arnold Clark before, but after this I would absolutely use them again because they were so genuine, helpful and efficient. Thank you so much Emily for all your help, you are a star!!

I went in not 100% sure what I was looking for but needed a new car as an emergency. Darren was absolutely fantastic and the best sales person I have met by far. He managed to sort me out a new car in the space of 40 minuets whilst seamlessly explaining everything to me as I have never financed a car before. The whole process was stress free and I was definitely well looked after by all the staff . I could not recommend this branch enough , the staff are fantastic. If you go in be sure ti ask for Darren he will sort you out :)

From arriving at Arnold Clark Renault to have a look at an electric car for the first time, the whole experience was brilliant. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Even the biscuit with the coffee was an amazing touch. Darren Smith at the Preston Branch was very professional from the moment I spoke to him and had a test drive to completion and finally the pick up of my new car. I would definitely recommend Arnold Clark (Preston) to all my friends and family in the future.

Fabulous service from Darren and Richard. They were able to answer all of my questions regarding new Clio, and helped sort out the best deal for me. This will be the third car I've purchased from them and all cars have been amazing and trouble free.

Went to look to see if any Clio's were in my price. No pressure sales man, nice guy, William came round and helped me out. 1 car was in the service department, on the ramps, and got to go in and look. Told me everything I wanted to know. Bought mine from elsewhere, as nearer and colour. Would go back.

I had to visit Arnold Clarke recently, I had an issue with my door lock on my Captur. The service people are so very nice, and helpful, they explained what they had to do to fix it, in real terms not tech speak.As I waited for my car, 4 of the sales staff asked if I wanted any help with anything. All the staff are so lovely and friendly.I would not hesitate to return for an mot/service or to see about a new carA*******
