Because of year ending and Christmas there is lot of half price sale and 20% discount sale running so this is perfect time for shopping ?? I highly recommend Asda for great deals.

This store is a joke Saturday before Christmas went in at 6am no staff no scan and go open 1 till open and massive queues for self scan why couldn?t they open the scan and go instead of everyone having to queue in the self scan one people with loads in trolleys self scanning decided to go to Sainsburys there were loads of staff and no queues Asda need to prepare better the busiest weekend of the year and it?s shambolic feel sorry for the staff

Always so many cages from staff filling shelves. Kind of annoying to shop with the out, but also required for them to stock the shelves. Would be better if isles were wider.

Most disgusting delivery collection and delivery service in the whole preston. The staff on collection point is so rude and lazy they will take hours to bring your online order i have seen them fighting with delivery driver who were waiting there for 20 to 30 minutes and were told sorry we are short of staff and management is not helpful.

Worst ever delivery experience with asda they the driver always waiting there for ages . Many times my orders got cancelled because they told driver we can't do it as staff is short 6 pm and management don't help at all too bad i couldn't give them zero rating

Sunday 26/11, a woman stole my phone from hand in front of the manager, it's all on CCTV. When I reacted she played the victim, and of course because I'm a foreigner she asked me to leave the store. A lawsuit is coming against you Shannon (store manager), who refused to even check the cameras! Well done Asda for employing such good managers

Never have any baskets available. Weird turnstile barriers to try and keep you in even if you decide not to buy anything in the likely event what you want isn't in stock. Generally poor quality meats compared to other supermarkets. Lights in the fridge are often off so you can't see what is actually in there. Bland hot counter food that is way overpriced for what it is.The only thing it has going for it is it's a 24/7 shop. Petrol isn't even that cheap here anymore. Better off driving the extra mile and a bit to Sainsbury's in Deepdale. Incredible how much it's gone downhill over the past few years.

Click and collect is awful here. Checked in and still waited 30 minutes for items. Tried calling up and phone was put down when I got through to the click and collect. Won't be ordering from here again. Blackpool Asda is better for the click and collect service.

Most disgusting place to collect online order where there is no way to call someone to bring your order. The amount of waiting is unlimited only if you are lucky enough you will be able to get your items atleast after an hour and staff us extremely rude will tell you wait or come later

Unfortunately can't give a zero star. Not been in this store foe a long time. What a disappointing experience. Very poor availability across the whole shop. Very poor at c/ outs. As I used to be a manager at this store were standards use to matter it is heartbreaking to see what I have today.

Lovely staff at Asda fulwood but the prices are very often not right, rewards are often on the wrong things. Really have to check the point of sale because they very often are just to confuse you. I do self scan but they are checking a lot more now which defeats the object.
