For a BIAB removal, I wouldn?t recommend this place. My nails are now bruised and weak, and some of my cuticles are cut and sore. (Pictures for reference, of before and after - with after being short and purple). The staff were lovely and apologetic over the phone, but when I came back to get them fixed, the nail tech was 15+mins late. After that awkward wait (near the staff member who originally made the errors), I couldn?t wait any longer - had to get back to work. They offered me a new appointment the next day, but honestly - I just felt too uncomfortable and embarrassed to go back. So unfortunately I didn?t manage to get them fixed/seen to. It is a shame all round, because the staff I interacted with were friendly and nice. They might be good for other things but I won?t personally be back.
