Most of the staff are friendly and they have all the amenities for a local shop. The older woman however, is rude and often raises her voice and says things directed at you under her breath, which is really intimidating. I have also had experiences where she has slammed my items on the countertop because she was in a bad mood. I hope the store takes this seriously, because it is extremely off putting to customers and I find that I don?t really want to enter the store if she is working at the till. Thank you

Worst experience i've had in Preston so far, the older woman at the till pretended to not understand a word I was saying. I was asking for items behind the counter and she was not helpful at all. She kept rolling her eyes and made disappointed sounds with her mouth. I asked for the receipt and gave me the rudest and sassiest reply. When I realised she gave me the wrong item that I was asking for and asked if a refund is possible and if not, then its ok, that is when she flipped. She threw the money back to me and turned the other way. The young man on the other hand is lovely.
