Ordered some breeze blocks and came damaged broken about 30 of them, mark said he would replace them but didn?t, so went to Berrys to get some more and asked for refund, when I called mark he magically forgot all about them, saying he would replace them. Liars, If you want good material use Berrys never go wrong and quality of material is great. I?ve got photos and video of when they was unloading the breeze blocks and it shows the damage, but it won?t let me upload them on here.

Ordered fence panel to be delivered,waited in when told it woulbe be delivered next day,never arrived,phoned to ask where order will be delivered,was told driver turned up but didnt know where to leave it,i informed person on phone that do delivery was attempted,was told it will be delivered sometime this morning,stll waiting,very dissatisfied with service
