Went to the Preston store today and was helped by Emma (the assistant manager) what a superb lovely person really helpful and really pleasant even managed to sell me more than I went for!! An absolute pleasure to deal with and an easy transaction from start to finish she really does go the extra mile. I cannot praise her enough . Thank you . Ps Jake was helpful on the fone too

If I could give ten stars, I would. I went in last week to have a browse and as always the staff were brilliant. Some of the best customer service that I've seen. Normally, as individuals, you can get great service but each one of the staff always give great service. This time around I decided to leave this review as she deserves it. Lilly Rose served me on this occasion. He service to serving the person in front of me and then me was outstanding. She is so softly spoken yet she leads from the front. Thank you Cash Generator for having Lilly Rose on your payroll. In this day and age of lack of service to the customer, Lilly Rose went above and beyond with service. Thank you again

Just popped in to see Geoff who cane highly recommend from a friend.Geoffs customer service was outstanding with a very fare price given.Everything was clearly explained and theres certainly no pulling the wool over your eyes like some other local store.I would recommend anyone to go and see big Geoff absoloutley outstanding service thanks again

Great shop with good deals, I've used the buy back service a few times and Big G and his staff always help out and nothing is a problem for them, especially Geoff's knowledge on my fishing stuff, they give the best deals you couldn't beat and always service with a smile. Very friendly staff I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely brilliant store, we were served by the Manager, Big G, who was friendly, and a real gent. Actually ended up spending more than we planned, but oh well. Made us laugh and made us feel welcome. Absolutely brilliant store.

Went in for a look and found a nice gaming system assisted by Emma who answered my question along with Lee both really helpful and supportive.P.s unfortunately when I got home the keyboard was unresponsive I rang and staff member named Big G was very helpful with sorting it all out.Amazing staff would buy from there again.

Pop in to see big G with me monitor as cash converters would not even take a look at it and offered me 13 quid. Big G made my day and also took his time and checked the monitor great customer services. Cash converters poor customer service just walk down and go to cash generator steps are totally worth it ??
