I was expecting this place to have been abused by the time me and my family went in at 2:30pm on a Saturday, considering ita on a retail park, but I can honestly say it was clean, tidy and well stocked. Staff were friendly and served us as quickly as they could. We all enjoyed out toasties and coffee and will definitely use this Costa again in the future.

Hadn't been here in a while. Found it quiet for a Monday morning, terrible hygiene overall, one delivery guy was laying on the main counter, projecting his arms over people's beverage and food. Generally, there is not much care to keep cutlery and cups clean. Often, napkins were laid down on the (not very clean) bench.

The girls serving us were very helpful & really enhanced the Costa experienceThey were very patient & helped my elderly friend download the Costa App & add on her "beans". She had been a little embarrassed re not being tech savvy.The coffee was fine. We only had a toasted teacake

Called in again, and service is quicker. Unfortunately, there's only an oatmilk option in non dairy here today, and not much gluten-free(if any - crisps) to eat at 1pm.Here with friends for coffee and cake in the evening and it was fairly busy but a few tables were free so surprised we'd have to sit and wait for our drinks after ordering. We sat and chattered for ages before going to find if the drinks we're ready and then they made them. Hardly anyone left the cafe whilst we were there. Coffee was nice and gluten-free pie tasty.
