First visit met Bill. Lovely gentleman. Very knowledgeable about product. Not pushy at all. Second visit to buy mattress . Bill again served us. Made sure we were aware of all the products. Received a really good deal of mattress, protector and pillows plus warranty. Plus the removal of old mattress. Will definitely visit Dreams in Preston again due to the amazing service. Thank you Bill.

Went into this store last week to purchase some pillows. Walked through the door and was greeted instantly by Luke, who was more than happy to help. Went in again today was again greeted instantly by Mike. Customer Service here is beyond excellent and the staff are so helpful and friendly. It?s a shame your Blackpool store doesn?t have the same level of Customer Service.Top Job guys & gals ?

Was just looking to get a feel for what kind of bed I wanted. Carol was amazing especially with 2 kids in tow. was made to feel very welcome and found the perfect bed and mattress and all sorted with no stress or any sales pressure at all. brilliant service and great knowledge. would highly recommend.

I visited a couple of showrooms prior to my purchase but Dreams exceeded by far my expectations.On the first visit to the showroom I was greeted by a smiley face, Luke, who enquired whether I require any assistance or whether I just want to be left alone to look around. I had a look but was indicisive about what type of mattress I require therefore he suggested I try their fancy machine that determines exactly what would be the best suitable mattress. The machine issued a report and I was left a bit unsure between which two mattresses I should chose ? Medium to firm? Firm.I returned to the shop on a second occasion and Luke was there again. Very professional and knowledgeable, he offered guidance by showing me how the interior of the mattresses look like, allowed me to try again a couple of mattresses and was polite and offered a brew (very nice cup of tea). He was very patient, kind and not pushy - trait which I appreciated quite a lot.I purchased a king size bed 2 drawers bed base with a Therapur Actigel Polar 2600 k Mattress and two tempus cloud cool touch pillows.I was able to choose the delivery date which is very convenient.I am rating my experience as a 5 stars one for professionalism, courtesy, patience and helpful advice.I will come back to Dreams to purchase the beds for the other bedrooms once I finish with the master bedroom interior design.Thank you Luke.Thank you Dreams.

Fabulous service from Luke at the Preston store. Very informative, patient and worked very hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.We have shopped here many times before and will continue to do so. Highly recommended !!

Such friendly staff! Really felt welcomed especially with a little one with you and they do not rush to make any decisions! Really appreciate the help from Carol and Bill.We were welcomed with a warmSmile by Carol, she offered me a refreshing cup of water, she allowed me to get the full experience from testing out sleep match to find the right mattress for me to then getting a feel of how a the mattress would be by offering me a pillow.
