“Excellent, caring service.Visited today (7th November 2023) with a big problem. Forgot my log in details for my Macbook and it locked me out for too many attempts. The problem was the laptop contained material for my thesis, material that stupidly was not stored elsewhere. Others had suggested I paid £50 to have the machine reset which would have lost all my data. Luke, the senior consultant, patiently walked me through how to set up a new password and recover the precious data. No charge!”

“Went to game at deepdale, but it's moved into sports direct upstairs.Really cramped into the top corner, and not much room to browse.There was about 10 people looking at the games and you couldn't move around.Bad decision to move there in my opinion”
