Ordered the part over the phone explaining that I'm after the bigger size. Travelled there 2 times to get the correct part, waiting in the queue for much over 1hr. After that wrong part delivered to my home address. Ended up buying this part from somewhere else spending additional 15 mins.

The only positive is the prices (as long as you order online using a discount code). The car park is always full yet the shop is empty, I assume the staff park there leaving customers to park on double yellow lines (or in B&M across the road). The staff generally have a poor level of customer service with a disinterested air about them. The whole Euro Car Parts experience has gone downhill since they moved from Walton Summit.

Went to pick up a ordered i have reseved told it would be ready so went after work at 4:30 thinking that i would only bw 5 mins , erm no 15 mins in the q and then another 15 waiting for them to try to find my order , they said cant find it so just have a bigger bottle and that was it , wont be using this one again

I have a number of cars and restore them as a hobby so I'm always buying parts. I'm a big fan of Euro car parts and am a regular at the Preston branch. The staff are great, the prices very reasonable. I would give 5 stars straight out if not for two things... when they got my email address they emailed me everyday it was all nonsense, nothing of interest usually offering the latest nonsense sale... which is my second point. The continual bogus "sales" drive me mad. Stop faffing around with "flash sales" "boxing day bonanza" nonsense and just give all your customers a reasonable price. I hate these kind of things because this is often how old people shafted by con men... "I can do your windows today only for £15000". When nothing is avtually reduced. Over the last three sales which said 30% 45% and %50... the same three items came in at exactly the same price so the figures don't even add up. Stop all the "super massive bonanza sales" and just continue providing quality car parts at great prices.
