Was served by Mark to return the Xbox I was having issues with,exchanged it straight away with no issues very friendly and talked to me about all the options about warranty. Great customer service deserves a pay rise in my opinion!

Very very rude store manager, we purchased Nintando switch case and the paper on it was ripped and he did not accept the return, all his cases are with out cover , they put their own tags , he straight away refused , very pathetic customer service, they are least bothered about customer

I had a bad experience with a different Game store over Christmas. We had been loyal customers for a number of years, but had some really poor customer service. No joy out of Game service desk either. We tried the store in Fishergate, and they were prepared to help and put things 'right'. Doing this was no-cost to Game, but in doing it they will be now be keeping me as a customer. I will also be using the Fishergate store for all future purchases. My thanks go to Dan and Neil. Their customer service was excellent and Game need more people like this if they are going to survive in these challenging times.
