Booked a LVL with Rosie.She was late to the appointment getting her nails done. The appointment was silent, no conversation. She left a used cotton pad on my face at one point.LVL did not work, she said I have very straight lashes however I've had successful results elsewhere. I came to this salon as it's closer to home.She didn't charge and offered me another appointment to try again and apologised. But from my experience it's not worth it.

I have a recent issue with hair loss, and the hair stylist took the time to listen to my concerns and discuss with me the best way to cut and style my hair to help keep it hidden. She also saw me the same day with little notice.. what more can I say.. super?
