Missing items from my order, was promised them to be delivered the next day but two days on still nothing. I contacted the north road branch only to be greeted by Perry from Kevin and Perry who was reluctant to help and has left me and my 3 children one who?s disabled without essentials.Will not be using again , I?ll stick with asda

Big shout out to Tom, manager at Iceland. I helped an elderly lady who had a fall outside the shop. I went into the shop to get some help for her and Tom was absolutely wonderful. Iceland are lucky to have him. Once everything was settled and sorted my Mum and I did our shopping in a fully stocked, lovely clean shop. It was our first visit and we'll definitely be going back
