This company is shocking avoid at all cost i ordered an item on the 28th of feb which never came so i contacted them by email because guess what ? They dont have a phone number what a surprise ?they emailed me to say there is a delay because there system was being updated to which i replied well just give me a refund please because i needed them to take away with me and its now too late so i will just have my money back, they have totally ignored all my emails because i requested a refund and are continuing to do so.I suggest anyone going through this should contact the bank for a charge back to there account via what ever method you paid SHOCKING COMPANY

Staff need to learn to have manners and respect their customers. Their delivery service is shocking and have no consideration for their customers property. A 1 star is too much as they treat other customers with respect and rude to others.

Called in for walk In covid jabs 4 times now every time just get curt response no not today, will report this to pharmacy superintendents later. Should not take the service on if they cannot do it

Horrible customer service. Was told to come back in 30 minutes when the pharmacist would be there. Came back almost 40 minutes later to be told he would be another hour because he was too busy with "lots of prescriptions". Staff should be better trained and only give out information which they know is correct. I'm not one to complain usually, but this was very unprofessional.

Its my fault for being nice person and not questioning people, but is extremely disheartening when they rip off people in broad daylight. Paid 28£ for an item I could have gotten for 9.80£ if I had time to wait. Unfortunately my child needed the solution. I feel like the women there just stated price out of thin air. Extremely disappointing. Places like that should be closed. Also noticed that prices there it?s definitely more expensive than other usual pharmacies..

The walk in flu jab here was a really good sevice. Normally walk in and have it done. The last couple of months been in while passing. Come back at another time. Did that and no 1 there yet come back in a hour. Which most people carn't do that.or not doing my age group yet. Only been a problem this year.

If you are Scottish or have any Scottish money forget coming here.They discriminated my mother in law for paying for a product with a Scottish note despite it being legal tender.No other pharmacy or indeed shop has an issue with it.

There is a member of staff (female, white, old) who tells people your personal details Inc address and medication. It's time the police were called to her it's reflecting badly on the reputation of the otherwise very decent chemist

The pharmacist is excellent and professional, sadly let down by staff, one in particular who gossips about patients and has caused me to change pharmacists, I've also taken legal advice about her stalking me at the bus stop.
