Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Staff are contrite and will not refresh the system to see new prescriptions saying theyre too busy... Well, that is your job. This has happened atleast half a dozen times.

Very slow. There were only me and another person waiting for our prescription (I was there first). Took them 30 minutes.

Was a patient here for about two years. They kept getting my essential medications wrong and blaming the surgery or me, which was always untrue; because I always checked up. I would be treated like a liar. A number of times I witnessed this happening to other patients, whilst I was there. The patients were often treated with contempt and condescension, and with a matter of fact atitude when they asked about mistakes in their medication.
The place was completely unfriendly and disrespectful to customers who came in. When I complained about these issues and asked to speak to the manager . A continuously sullen faced woman who always treats me frequently, appallingly, stepped forward and argued she thought she was good at her job. I was completely mortified that this woman was actually THE MANAGER!
At that point I changed to a lovely pharmacy. Which in complete contrast has great communication skills, never makes any mistakes with either my surgery or myself, treats you with respect, dignity and warm, beautiful attitudes.
I AM HAPPY NEVER TO RETURN TO THIS PHARMACY EVER AGAIN.
