Lodging in Preston, Lancashire

“Went into this store last week to purchase some pillows. Walked through the door and was greeted instantly by Luke, who was more than happy to help. Went in again today was again greeted instantly by Mike. Customer Service here is beyond excellent and the staff are so helpful and friendly. It’s a shame your Blackpool store doesn’t have the same level of Customer Service.Top Job guys & gals ?”

“My wife and I had a two night golf break. Course was very wet and we lost a few balls. But it is that time of year. When we arrived there was a sign asking us to go to the restaurant to book in. No big deal. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent ?. Front of house we were looked after by Ann & Louise. They both were very cheerful and took great pride in their work. A big credit to them both. We will certainly be going back next year.Rooms: Very clean and comfortable .”

“We were really on the fence about switching from our usual hotel to this one after some of the bad reviews in recent weeks. But it takes more than an innocent spider picture to deter us.Paul was fantastic and looks like he’s impressed others with his customer service as I see he’s been mentioned a lot in these reviews and with good reason. We were welcomed even before we’d approached the desk with a smile and after a wee bit of banter he showed us right to our room. We stayed in an executive king? I think? And it was spotless and comfortable. We both slept very well with no disturbances or discomfort at all. We’ll definitely be staying here again and can recommend it confidently.Well done Marriott Preston! And thank you Paul for your hospitality.”

“Generally okay, staff efficient and tills usually staffed well.When they're not well staffed, the staff do speak about the reluctance of colleagues to come to the tills even at busy times in front of customers, hence why I know.Some items seem to perpetually be out of stock and I don't know why, do I just come at a bad time of the day?”
