Went today and ordered a click and collect meal x 2. Drove to the dock front and parked up. Opened the bag to find no fries x 2. Had to go back and complain. Not very good service as the rest of the meal went cold.

Staff standing around chatting even though someone was waiting to be served (me) I'd already ordered and eaten but wanted ice-cream so went to order, but they assumed Id alreafu ordered until after a few minutes I asked if they were serving, there was no apology. Some tables needed clearing too.

Awful. Only one till to order from. Confusing receipts. On screen ordering not offering hot drinks. No cornets, just tubs.Stressfull, overpriced. ?????
