Update 10/09/2023 - Arnold Clark based on.the docks tried to scam my sister in law. BMW 1 series 2018 failed MOT on headlight adjustment, they charged £70 to look at the headlight and were asking for almost £500 to repair it. She took it here they adjusted it in 2 minutes and didn't charge her. Brilliant service, very impressed.We had heard good things about North West Auto care from friends and neighbours who recommended them. We dropped the car off this morning and the staff were polite and helpful. The place itself is clean and tidy the kit appears to be well looked after. We left the car with them and once the job was sorted we received a call and we're able to collect it straight away. What can I say. Great service. Very impressed - would recommend them.

Had my MOT done here. Managed to squeeze me in as it had run out. Said it would be ready on the Friday. Panic mode as I needed it for the Thursday !!Well the team came up trumps and had it done for Thursday PM. Reasonable price,great, friendly service from the team too.
