Ph jewellers were absolutely fantastic!!!I sold my gold and purchased more new jewellery, the husband and wife team were so helpful and showed so many different styles of bracelets I wanted.It was time to close there store but they carried on with there special service. Bought some beautiful nose studs for my daughters at Christmas. Lots of communication with seller as I wasn't sure about sizes etc, especially when looking at the products online rather than in person. She was really helpful.Recently, needed to replace stud due to damage (in an accident). Went back to them and they were able to provide another stud for me very quickly. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Very impressed and will definitely buy here again.Very happy customer and very happy daughter! Thank you :)

Daughter had ear pierced. Very friendly service. Both ears £25 with all the earings & medicine. 6 year old daughter didnt feel anything.
