I needed help with taking currency abroad. The lady who runs/owns the shop went above and beyond spending about half an hour talking me through the options. She also offered to help me at a later date if I struggled to download the app or if I had any questions. It's not the nearest post office to my home but I will be using in the future. Thank you much appreciated

Giving one star because I have no choice to give zero stars! I sent 2 items 1 on the 13/9 and the 2nd item on the 14/9 both have not been delivered! This were items sent to a buyer and to say I am fuming it is an understatement! I would understand if one item got lost but to lose both is out of order! Not sure what the lady or the Royal Mail people did for both items to go missing! I rang and haven?t got much help because you cannot track items! I have since posted with other post office within the area and the items have been delivered so I am baffled!!!!

I really delightful experience. Very helpful provides the service you are after there are other post offices closer, but I prefer to use this one as they always get it right.
