“I needed help with taking currency abroad. The lady who runs/owns the shop went above and beyond spending about half an hour talking me through the options. She also offered to help me at a later date if I struggled to download the app or if I had any questions. It's not the nearest post office to my home but I will be using in the future. Thank you much appreciated”

The guy on duty at the post office could not have been more helpful. It's an Aladdin's cave of goods and services, clean, smart, professional, but the icing on the cake are most definitely the staff, particularly those behind the Post Office counter. “Every Post Office should be this good. Friendly, patient and helpful staff, making trips to the Post Office a pleasure not a chore. Can get very busy at peak times. Plentiful car parking outside and lots of other facilities on site, cash machine, Spar, food bar etc.”
“I visited this post office as my usual one was unexpectedly shut. This office is now located in the Premier convenience store opposite Shop Lane and I popped in to send a small parcel. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and pleasant. Excellent customer service, I couldn’t fault anything at all.”
“Small store but packed full of dry, fresh & frozen foods as well as many non foods. Great selection of beers and spirits and always great deals to be had. Staff here are all fantastic and friendly. Only 4 stars as the post office counter is closed half days Wednesday. As a local business sending parcels, this is a real inconvenience. Otherwise a great convenience store.”
