Great service by PureAV, we have used them a few times for VC units, Digital Signage, IPTVs, etc. Always pros in their jobs, from orders of hardware, delivery, installs and support.

Very nice professional people. Only delivered here but delivery items are top quality tech. Not sure if they they sell at fair prices. All I can say is nice people don't rip people off.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but I feel I have to give a serious warning about working with this company. They provided a very expensive AV package for my workplace for events and sadly most of it is of really poor quality and regularly doesn't work during the events. This makes me and my organisation look really unprofessional and is very embarrassing. Microphones cut out and have a low range. Today the projector kept cutting out. The tech we've been given is not suitable for the types of events we have because Pure AV didn't listen to our requirements. Each time we ask them to fix the problem and make the AV fit for purpose, we have to pay another call out charge (I think it should all just work in the forst place, rather than having to keep paying to make it work) The cost was huge and I really wish we could just get rid of it all and get some better tech from another provider but sadly we don't have any money to do that

I deal with Pure AV for my local club, and they've ALWAYS been there for me/us. Can't recommend them enough!!
