Saturday online opening time is till 13:00, on the note till 14:00 but in fact closed at 12.Absolutely wrong timing.Remember on Sunday closed all day. Monday open 8-10am

These RM goons have lost 3 out of 4 parcels in the last 2 months that got sent back to the main depot next to the railway station in Preston. Got cards through the door saying each parcel had been taken back to this depot after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, went to pick them up and can't find them! Thing is, until recently undelivered parcels went to a local post office where I could pick them up no problem, the sensible people there always had the parcel. Now I have to go all the way into the horrible city centre in the vague hope that the parcel will still be there. I think this firm needs a good shakeup to join the modern times, its far less hassle with other couriers. Thats why I NEVER use RM services to send anything but unfortunately when people buy things they are at the mercy of this outfit if the seller foolishly decides to use them. Poor. In fact, they don't even deserve 1 star.

Left a red card. With no ref number so I can't rearrange the delivery, no number to call directly and the number on the card hangs up because I don't have a ref number

Have a ring doorbell, postman?s completely ignored me and stood there righting a card out. Literally shouting at him to put in the safe place and can quiet clearly hear me speaking on the video playback! Didn?t even write on the card any ref no or details of where or what he was doing with it. Have now waited 45 minutes and counting on the phone waiting to speak to someone on the 03457 number and still no answer. Absolute joke! It?s s chilled item which is now probably ruined due to incompetent people not doing their jobs! How the Royal Mail is still in business I will never know. The mind boggles! Congratulations you have hit an all time new low ?

Absolutely fuming , a parcel they couldn't deliver last Friday, because I wasn't at home, was booked for redelivery for today my day off . I have waited in all day for this , its now nearly 4pm . A post van has just been and gone , nothing !! I've just been to my front door and my package fell at my feet , they didn't even knock on the door!!! Why could they not have done that on Friday instead of me having to waste my day off sitting waiting for it , I am so angry , bloody joke of a service

Normally good. and on time but with the strikes it?s been a bit of a headache lately. But otherwise they was a good service and hopefully once everything blows over. They will be back to normal.

I had a very bad experience with this company.The company is unable to deliver the parcel on time.Being a student and staying in an accommodation, the reception has certain working hours and the Royal Mail chooses to deliver after the working hours of the accommodation reception. Due to which, I kept missing the delivery several times.Also The estimated time arrival for the parcel is utter nonsense never true.The policies of this company are very strange, where you have no contact with the delivery guy via the app. In order to, avoid missing any deliveries multiple times we can have direct contact.I called the customer service multiple times and all they say is unfortunately they can?t help because they themselves can?t contact the deliver guy who works in the same company.I tried to redeliver it to my work address but before I confirmed, it didn?t tell me the day and the time it would be delivered. So, Royal Mail chose to pick a date on which I wasn?t working that too without confirming it with me.I am very disappointed as my parcel was an urgent delivery but I had to face multiple missed deliveries.

Easy to find, ample parking. The waiting area is a little small but the staff are friendly, quick and efficient.

Delaying mail and asking for fees on prepaid mail without authority... obviously do not know UPU letter post regulations and it will get them into a heap of trouble..
