  The lady behind counter was friendly. I was very friendly. Ok asked a few questions ,I got the right answers. I was approached by a saleswoman in an abrupt way . Practialcally screaming and watching everything I looked at. I didn't have a chance to look around. I was quickly ushered put of the store it was close to 445 but I did ask if they were closing. Lady on the counter was friendly. I'll just buy online. More stock and no need to deal with entitlement.

  Visited Sally?s today for the first and last time. The young lady behind the till was very helpful and lovely however I have never be treated so disrespectfully in my life. I politely asked if she was busy and the older lady said YES and turned her back to us! So I stood back and waited for the lady behind the till to be free, when she went to ask the older lady a question she replied with a disgusted look at my friend and a snide remark. To be honest if you don?t know how to perform basic customer service skills then you are in the wrong job! I will be taking my business elsewhere in future! Very disappointed!
