Sent on an errand for my job and had no idea what I was doing or what I needed. Thankfully there was a really nice lady with short blonde hair who helped me get everything I needed :) I forgot her name but she was lovely.

Brilliant service. Ordered 2 sets of garage shelves for £59.98 with the option to round it up to £60 for charity. This was 3pm yesterday. Free delivery over £50. Was told immediately they'd be arriving today with a text confirming a 1 hour slot. Text from Parcelforce arrived at 7 this morning, arrived as promised between 9-10 am. Will be using again.
