Good service good choice of furniture at an array of prices. Attentive staff who do no force their way in but wait for you to call one over. Would recommend anyone looking for furniture or carpets

Worst customer service. Walking to the store week on week to chase the status of the goods that we ordered and to assemble the delivered furniture(paid for assembling). They do follow up only until you place an order and you have to walk into the store for an update. The customer service line wasn't helpful as they kept routing us to the store.

Super friendly and helpful. Hands off service which made us feel good, we could walk around and our own pace and someone check on when needed. Rich was knowledgeable and supportive throughout. Can?t wait to get our sofa!

Salesman said yes you would be getting the same as display model then price went up. Not really transparent like DFS was, so hought FROM DFS

Shopped here a couple of times over the years. Goods look decent enough. Don't bother with extended warranty, not worth it and SCS will try and wriggle out of it.

Three months of waiting for a lazy boy?. Goes to sit on my loveseat manual recliner? and there is a huge cracking sound followed with crunching and piece of wood on my carpet.. someone at the factory decided to cut the wood short and make a make shift fixer upper only to realise it didn?t last all of 2 minutes.. very disappointed as the price of the sofas and the craftsmanship is shoddy

We had wonderful help from Janet in choosing a sofa and chairs, who listened to our specific needs and made suitable recommendations. We had a lot of questions but she was patient and focused throughout. In talking to other staff, she showed they all know their products very well and are used to helping people like this. We expected a trawl around several furniture shops, but we found exactly what we needed here, the second one we went to.

Good selection of good quality comfy sofas. Not much discount to be had hence the 4 stars on the sofa we wanted but we got served by Colmn who was very nice, patient and courteous.
