Thank you so much, what an absolute asset you are to the company Steve.I recently lost a set of keys including a coded Fob. When I arrived at Timpson in Preston, I was looked after by Steve. Unfortunately my Fob was some sort of rogue type so could not be replicated, I was gutted. I was going away and needed to leave a copy behind. However, Steve would not give up and kept trying, and trying, sampling different types until, he finally found that my bullet fob code could actually be transferred on to a card fob!! Who knew. Preston is quite a way from me and everyone else I had tried previously just turned me away, not Steve! Thank you for the time, efforts, and understanding. Fantastic 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
