We having 1 star review bcz we don?t have option to do zero, we purchased sofa cost me almost 4000£, but there are missing pieces when it is delivered. It is not functioned as it is supposed to be the money that we spent as because of no cable and console to function the recliner on Sofa. We contacted the team and Mr Luke stated that they don?t have any responsibility once it is gone to warehouse and they are not helpful to solve the issue . Advised to call customer investigation team . Interestingly Mr Joseph played well , he sent an escalation email with date and assured that the customer has read the email and he withdrawn the mail immediately . So the mystery continues, the sofa without cable and console . Also , they refuse it to be returned in 24 hrs time.

Scammers. Sold to me under false pretences and sofa arrived damaged which sofology refuses to reimburse, we were conned into buying insurance aswell which entitles me to almost none of what I was promised. Absolutely will never return here again.

I got this sofa last week in a very bad condition, it looks like it's been used for 10-years. the fabric was sanded with no texture and the pattern has disappeared.The delivery man reported that, and I called the customer service as well, they asked me for more photos, which is ok, but I did not hear back from them.the Sofa is now blocking my space, and i do not know what i should do?! maybe should I take it to the store and put it on their door!

Staff very friendly and a good range of sofas to pick from. Didn't feel pressured in making a purchase. Plenty of staff.

Shocking experience with customer service team. So much of our time has been wasted chasing, emailing, waiting in for technicians etc. Team on the phone are incompetent and don't care, problems still remain unresolved after 7 months due to incompetent staff and systems. Extremely unhappy. Cannot now even get through on the phone lines as they have gone down. Beyond ridiculous.

Sales advisor Phil was very helpful, all questions answered, gave us time and space to think about our purchases. We returned at a later date to place our order once again we spoke with Phil who made the whole process easy, would highly recommend as definitely not pushy for sales like other places we had visited.

Absolute fantastic experience here. Came in as a new buyer and was assisted by Cath and Cameron who were both incredibly lovely, not pushy on a sale and very helpful in explaining everything perfectly to us both. Definitely would visit again and would recommend to everyone seeking a sofa

Beware of visiting here you may get a parking ticket they are operating a sharp practice car park outside. You will be better off parking in the houses opposite and walking across.

Do not park outside you will get a parking charge for any reason even if your wheel is slightly on the line or anything £170 from debt recovery they don?t send you anything first but obviously pretend they have

Wish i could give zero stars. DON'T BUY FROM SOFOLOGY the worst customer service ever. Read bbc watchdog complaints I have been waiting over a week for a manager to call me. I have phoned every day only to be fobbed off. Sofa was faulty and misold. If anyone from sofology wants to look at my case my order number is 3177055 /2
