I have to say the level of service today was outstanding by Natalie after my wife had a bad fall yesterday and broke her glasses she sorted everything out and was helpful kind and compassionate. She even sorted my glasses out after a lens came out nothing was too much trouble. All the staff seem great from entering the shop to leaving please pass this review onto Natalie and I really hope her pears notice her great customer care skills ??

Hated my experience...treated me like I was a second class citizen...and don't think they had my best interests at heart...their best interest was the money in their pockets... Will never go back again...would rather pay over the odds then give them my money... my advice is to go to another optician...

If I could given zero stars I would. Terrible service, customer service team lie about entitlement of NHS pairs for children. They have not got the time or the manners to deal with you. Go to Boots or another opticians instead.

I recently had an excellent experience at Specsavers Friargate. They provided exceptionally fast service, completing my eye test within 15 minutes. Optician Mohammed and Natalie were outstanding in assisting me with frame selection, considering my high prescription. The staff, overall, were responsive, polite, friendly, and attentive, demonstrating effective customer service throughout.
