Never experienced poor customer service as bad as the gulf management do not care about customers and allow staff to pass comments on customers walking by them it was raised with management and not dealt with properly and upon raising issues to management it still was not dealt with in a proffesinol way even when a customer has the respect to make a call to management makes you wonder how the staff are trained

Best garage in Preston for fuel, groceries, amazing hot pies, meal deals, super selection of British and American sweets, e-cigarettes and wonderful wonderful staff. Even car repairs there too. Always a pleasure.

Not just petrol. Great little shop for all your essentials along with a Hermes parcel drop point. Really friendly and helpful staff.

I don't know if the petrol/diesel is competitive but the forecourt always seems busy.In store though there is a hot drinks machine, cold drinks fridge, Hermes print & post point (which is why I visited) car items, selection of groceries and postal items for sale.Behind the counter there is tobacco and restricted items (more stealable items) that are provided in most petrol station shops.I attended to print off a parcel sticker and send via Hermes. The system is really straightforward and the staff are well versed in how to scan and provide proof of postage.I've never used it for groceries but if you wanted something late at night it's open until 22:30 so I'm sure it's useful for emergencies.

Staff are friendly and more than go out there way to help you even tho they don't have to they do best petrol station and shop for a basic shop is perfect here and they have america sweets here too
