Unfortunately a very bad experience. The staff was very unhelpful with rude attitude. I've been with 3 for past 13 years but never had such experience. Maybe it's because of my direct contact to the customer services over the phone most of the time. I don't expect 3 to come and ask me the details but if they want I can share the details of the encounter.

I had a query about my '3' SIM only contract which came to an end in October 2021, but is still operational with free roaming in Europe. Advised that it will extend to October 2023. This will give me time to assess my options. Happy with advice given.

I recently visited this store as it was one of the few locations to have the phone I wanted in stock. I travelled from Liverpool to Preston just to get this phone and by the time I arrived it was already 5:30pm (Closing time). That being said, Harry and Ahmed (the manager) didn't hesitate to help me. In fact, there was several delays in my purchase which meant that they didn't leave till almost an hour after close. They chose to stay and always offered another solution to help resolve the issue. I found their professionalism and knowledge of their products to be outstanding. Not only did they stay well past closing, but often found solutions when they could have easily stopped, I found this to be a refreshing example of profound customer service. I was beyond pleased to be able to make my purchase that day and it was completely down to the lads in store actually caring enough and knowing enough to stay and help. THIS IS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Truly unprofessional?.The lady in the store her name is i believe SEBRINA, she is thinking like she is the owner of the company and we are begging to her for getting the services provided by the Three.I have been looking the contract to my partner and asked for some contracts by looking in the THREE website and she keep on saying that is not available only unlimited plan for 25pound is there.She don?t want to hear the words of the customer.Please if the company is taking care of the customers provide the customer service training and also what the contract she has provided is not yet provided that?s the main comic in that.Does she knows the work??or is she being a racist?anyway fed with the store

Harry hooked me up with an excellent deal that was active at the time and pretty much was one of the best spokespeople for the company that I've had the pleasure of interacting with.Incredible 11/10 customer service!

Went into the 3 store at Preston Fishergate and the customer service was dreadful. The young girl who works in there needs a few lessons on customer service, how to be helpful and to at least try and look like she cares about keeping hold of 3's customers. After a long time with 3 network I will look elsewhere based on this experience. Very poor.

Yesterday one of the guy who works there when I came in I said Hi didn?t even said anything watching like me like O You came you too in ??? ? I have asked if he works alone or with anyone else he looked bad at me with attitude thn I have asked if he can call anyone to help me he said with a voice not friendly is upstairs they will come it?s morning of course they are relaxing instead working and be downstairs and helping customers who come in but I have waited quiet long mins for someone to came down ? That?s how people for you Three G works ? very poorly customer service always I go to the store they are like this they doesn?t even pick up the call if I call and when I go in they are not even at the desk you have to wait to can see them ??? it should be also - 0 stars ?? because that?s what I give to this store of customer service

Very poor service.Bought something that was not suitable in error and manager refused to refund it an hour later, even though it was unopened.They are within their rights to do this, but no goodwill.Will never buy from there again
