“This charity store is always full of bargains. The selection of nearly new and used clothes is attentively displayed showing colours and sizes with ease. There are a great selection of CDs, DVDs and books. The books again are sorted for children or adults. Cuddly toys, accessories and homeware are also abundant with a number of glass cabinets to show the more collectable items. The staff are always friendly and encouraging and make the store a pleasure to shop in.”

“Bought a brand new VR headset for my two kids. The volunteer gentleman was so accommodating and allowed us to open the package and try it before buying the product. My two kids were so pleased having got one for only £5.”

“I would highly recommend working for BHF at their shop on Orchard Street, Preston. There is excellent high quality training. The manager, staff and all the volunteers are very friendly and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone works well as a team.”
