We were selling our Ford Transit Custom Campervan and filled out the form on their website. Not long after i received a email from Stuart asking for some pictures as it was something he would be interested in. We sent pictures and received an offer a hours later, which we accepted. Stuart and his son then came and picked up the van and stayed to make sure the money had been transfered into my wives account. Was a bit unsure tbh of selling to a dealer but this transaction was faultless and Stuart and his son were very polite and friendly, a brilliant company to deal with, will highly recommend them.

Wonderful team of people making dreams come true! Steve was fantastic all through the buying process and the service team have been brilliant with sorting a couple of minor niggles post purchase.I was talking to a couple from the Outer Hebredes there last week, whilst waiting (not very long) for my minor niggles to be sorted. They'd come all that way and were waiting 5hrs for their habitation check, having dealt with Todds for many, many years. Now if that doesn't say something about trust and reliability, I don't know what does!

We had the misfortune of dealing with a salesman called Andrew. He asked if we would like any help so I asked he could give me some information regarding a Autotrail, he replied it was bought and sold and that was it. He then told me do I look that sad. Then he said in a very strange manner I bet you want me to go and find out. I replied yes if that would be possible. 5 minutes later he came back with very limited information and told me that he is only interested in the commission he makes from each sales. He then proceeded to slouch over the motorhome and became very agitated and argumentative. I want the owner of Todd?s to know that I have dealt with Steve the salesman he couldn?t be any more helpful so this is not an overall reflection on Todd?s and that you should consider who you have selling your Motorhomes as I don?t think Andrew is up to the job.
As usual, brilliant, courteous and efficient.They must be one of the best motorhome service providers, anywhere.

Fantastic service once again. We are going away on holiday in our motorhome later this month, with the van not moving for two months we discovered the fridge was not working. A quick call to Todd's and within two days they has it sorted by identifying a control panel failure, ordering the part and squeezing us in between jobs. Such friendly and efficient service. I wouldn't take my van anywhere else. Thanks all.

Purchased an Autosleeper Symbol in September. Very smooth handover by Andrew. All staff were fantastic. Big thank you to Craig and Mandy for their very friendly hospitality in the shop. The aftersales service has been outstanding, Paul has been nothing but brilliant with all our needs since the purchase. Just a few issues to deal with and there was no problem by Paul to sort everything out. We can't recommend Todds enough Thank You once again to you all.

Absolute delight to do business with. Steve sorted everything perfectly including the part exchange of our car against the Tribute campervan, no hassle and no pressure. Normally I haggle a bit over price but there was no need, got a very good price on my car and the van was an absolute bargain which also included a full years MOT and warranty.Highly recommended.Gaz, Maggie and Wee Harris (Edinburgh)

Firstly, found the sales team to be great. But was sold our first MH with an inherent wiring issue, which we discovered whilst out on our 3rd outing less than 3 months from purchase. Not a pleasant 8 hour drive home from Scotland in the back of a recovery truck.We were sold the MH assured of a fully covered 12 month warranty up to £1000 but surprise surprise the wiring issue wasn?t covered. No good will gesture or contribution offered for the repair.Businesses succeed and prosper on good customer service and repeat custom. Unfortunately this is the end of the road for me and Todd?s, which is a shame considering I?m in my early 30?s so will hopefully purchase fair few more MH?s in my lifetime.

I have been meaning to put a review on here since I bought my autotrailer new 4 years ago,so here it is. BRILLIANT SALES AND SHOP STAFF, SERVICE DEPARTMENT FANTASTIC and can honestly say they have never let me down even when abroad for simple advice.

We came across Todd's while visiting another place nearby, we were having difficulty replacing parts from our 10 yr old motorhome hab door lock, the staff were amazing & very helpful especially in sourcing what was needed,they shared their expertise & advice.Their customer service is second to none rarely & seen in these times.special mention to Mandie & Paul Ridgeway ?

I rang Todd's up this morning after advice about a Swift 664 they sold recently. I am looking at one at a different dealership. I must say, I don't think many other dealers would have been as helpful as the chap I spoke to. I didn't think I would be given much time as I wasn't purchasing anything from them, however the chap was incredibly helpful, offering advice and even looking things up for me to clarify some details about the Swift. He was a lot more down to earth then some other salespeople I have spoken too, and to be quite frank he seemed like a chap you could meet down the pub one night and have a good chat with.Since I'm not purchasing from them I can't of course comment on the aftersales, but I will say that if I lived closer to Todd's, I would certainly be paying them a visit with regards to purchasing a motorhome.

A very good company to deal with, strong leaders in the leasure industry. They have a very large accessory shop with helpfull and experienced staff.
