The manager at TSB on duty today 19/2/2024 is an example of how not to treat elederly people.He showed no empathy when we tried to unblock my uncle's account.This was our 4th visit over 6 months and whatever documents we produce he always finds an excuse not to help.This time it was because only his the first letter of his first name was on the form and not his full first name...even though his national insurance number was on the form.My uncle is 83 and in poor health and have to try and resolve this when he is well enough to attend the branch.This manager should attended a customer service course and show more empathy.I hope when he reaches the age of 83 he is treated better than he treats people of this age.I think this is a clear example of ageism by this manager.I get far better service at HSBC.

People are really nice but TSB as an organisation are incompetent! Interest rates for savers pathetic. Managed to lock my account when my relative cancelled a lost card on my mother?s account! Now after opening what I thought was a chance to get a better rate on my savings with a monthly saver I?m told you can?t deposit extra money in it! So I closed it- all done through internet banking to save my time, paper and the planet. Unbelievable that the first monthly payment taken immediately when account was set up on line has been sent to me as a paper check!!!! With 2 separate letters related to same! Head in hands- how much does that cost in terms of paper postage and time to write the check when I set it up thru my ONLINE ACCOUNT. I despair with this bank-time for a change

Very rude. Everytime I go in they hover around me like I?m up to no good and they start to whisper to each other about me. All I simply do is go in now and again to put money in my account through the ATMs but apparently that is an issue for them.

Thank you so much for a brilliant experience staff at tsb was extremely helpful needed a new bank account for my daughter, staff was very helpful an friendly. I highly recommend them .

Went into the branch on a Saturday to get some cash over the counter (as I had reported my card lost and blocked it) However the staff said that they no longer gave out cash on a Saturday. They asked me could I not borrow the money off my parents or boyfriend? I informed them my parents were dead and I'm single. I work very hard and just wanted access to my own hard earned cash. I went home in tears. What is the point of being open if you can't even give out cash? TSB need to start treating your customers better and allow over the counter cash withdrawals on Saturdays and Sundays (like the good banks and building societies do). I've had previous bad experiences with TSB. I think I need to change banks.

Poor costumer service , unpleasant, not willing to help. On 26.9.22 my mom (who doesn?t speak good English) was denied ( it?s more to the story) assistance . It?s time to change the banks

It is a waste of time trying to call the bank, nobody answers the phone. I had to go there in person to sort it after many attempts

No customer service whatsoever! My 81 years old mother tried to ring her local branch to advise she may have been scammed following a recent call she'd received, yet the local number, which is featured on Google, tells callers to go on the main LLoyds website then cuts off? My mother doesn't have a computer and has no knowledge how to use one. She lives on her own and has no family near her, hence causing a lot of stress as she couldn't get through to notify her branch of her concerns. Luckily she called me whilst at work to ask for help. I directed her to the national phone number, but this should have been mentioned on the voicemail when the initial contact was made. Why on earth would this not be considered when preparing the message? Unfortunately, it's like a lot of companies these days, they have lost touch with their customers and their needs. Get back to basics please!!

Amazing customer service, really nice staff especially Frazer, got what i wanted and highly recommend this branch, they get things done quick and up to a high standard of customer care 5*
