I usually stopped here every time on away to Blackpool to have subway but 7 July when on away to my visit dads sister the staff need more respect to customers i order cookie sandwich and cold drink that lass who on check out said u want Pepsi or coke there?s is load drinks in fridge behind her she didn?t look very disappointed

Subway managers need more training on how to show respect towards their customers who are only there to buy the food not to get ignored when trying to tell them what they would like. The manager chmaged how he was approaching customer after I said I?m not getting my food from you with the attitude I?ll take my money elsewhere. Never get food from here 3rd time I?ve been here within 3weeks and it?s always the same.

Ordered the wrong item on Uber Eats by mistake, tried to call them to rectify but their number doesn?t even exist. Had to ring Uber Eats for them to tell me I couldn?t get a refund because my order was already being prepared.. (it was a bottle of Pepsi not sure how you ?prepare? that). So in the end they just cancelled it and I got no refund. Joke of a place, avoid if you can

In fairness to Subway, this is more about the services itself. It's filthy. the toilets are an absolute disgrace. No soap, the hand driers don't work, mirrors cracked and missing. The layout is a nightmare with poor signage. By the look of the knuckle-dragging inhabitants it's not going to get better any time soon.

Called here for some food after a long trip. The whole place was absolutely filthy! Not one clean table, food all over the floors. Didn?t look like it had been cleaned all day. No soap in toilets. Shocking really after all the hygiene regulations that were in place during covid that somewhere could end up so filthy! It wasn?t busy, there were 3 staff in subway, & staff in Starbucks just stood around chatting. Couldn?t wait to get out of the place. Will actively avoid in future.

Only stopped for the loo and both the ladies and the gents toilets were filthy.....why spend all that money on the recent toilet refurbishment and not clean them?? Madness....

Poorest business on Ubereats for delivery. Ordered once and took 2 hours to deliver the sandwich, also instead of making you aware of such a delay, they provide a good ETA of roughly 45 minutes which keeps getting extended. Today upon placing order, instead of rejecting or cancelling the order upon receiving it, I was lead to believe the order was being prepped to then only received a cancellation message an hour and 15 mins after the order was placed.To make matters worse the contact number on Google is not correct and the restaurant is not reachable in any way. Tried calling the rivington services station and they do not pass you through to subway.Absolute shocking service, don't promise what you cannot provide Subway!

Smaller services with plenty parking , clean toilets and a number of eateries. Only wanted coffee today - all good.

I had a back injury when lifting my son after using the services toilets. I was in a great deal of pain, could hardly walk and couldn't lift my son again. I approached staff to ask for help. The spa staff were extremely helpful getting me painkillers and finding me somewhere to sit to allow us to eat. The subway staff were also very helpful offering us a highchair and activity pack to keep my son occupied. Once the painkillers kicked in one of the subway staff members then walked us to our car to ensure my son didn't run off into traffic as I couldn't pick him up, and then lifted him into his car seat as I couldn't do it. Without their help I don't know how I would have coped. Now home safe and layed up in bed for a few days. Thank you so much to the staff at Rivington services, I'm sure you are often under appreciated, but I appreciate you! Great service!

I pass the services daily on my commute. I am yet to be disappointed with the service. Been served a few times this week by Jason who is as friendly as Georgie. A really warm welcome & friendly face are what keeps me from going to my local Costa on my way - the coffee is a fresher brew & the service is better. Definitely important to make my decisions to go! Such little things that are natural to the staff are what makes a big difference. Great service and always attentive

Fantastic service from the 2 guys serving. Didn't get their names. Best service from a Subway I've been to and the sub was perfect too. Made with pride rather than slung together.
