“Huge thanks to the ladies who looked after me when another customer ran over my foot with her disability scooter. Nothing was too much trouble, ice pack very quickly applied, my details taken and a phone call later in the day from the branch manager to follow up and ensure I was OK. “As I worked my shift last night a guy came in for cigarettes. He complimented Smiley’s for being so full of everything you could need .. he told me his family have convenience shops all over Blackburn and some of them are as big as Smiley’s, then he said none of them hold as much stock as we do. He was very impressed and congratulated us on our “amazing shop”. Mm, I’m proud to be part of the team at Smiley’s!”
