I want to complain about the off hand manner of one of your staff at the Cleveleys branch of O2. I have had no internet all morning but turns out enough data so I went to the shop to see what might be wrong.The shop assistant's manner once he had got the internet back was insulting and disrespectful. I tried to speak to a manager but after more than 5 minutes, the manager had still not appeared with the employee. I do not expect to be looked at blankly with a bored shrug of the shoulders; when I showed him that my internet was back on, he said blankly, "what are you showing me?". Another line was I'm not an expert Im a sales assistant. When I said to him I felt he was being rude and unhelpful, as I left the shop, he shouted over to me, in front of other customers "Fine!". Then again.I have never been treated like that in this O2 shop before. Very poor customer service from this young man.

Prices inviting you to buy pay as you go phones and then told they "don't as a franchise" sell what they are offering on their price tickets. The lass literally told us to clear off to asda. Rude!

I purchased a new phone in the shop in May I went in today to rearrange Contract. Jamie dealt with my enquiry she was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She was very patient and was dealing with the computers being very slow as well! I was able to sort everything out whilst in the shop so it was very efficient. Excellent service thank you.

Not bad. They do what's needed. Some staff are nice, some can be really short with you. Probably not helped by the fact that they can't do 90% of what people ask. There are many times it feels like they don't even have any connection to o2 whatsoever because everything is just "call customer services." The shops should have someone with the tools and power of customer services I think.

Wife went into the shop and spoke to the friendly female, who said the scratches on her flip phone would not be accepted for the warranty from her experience with other customers problems. Wife receive a reconditioned flip phone like new. Happy days

Went in to check my reception as it us really poor on my new phone. Basic information given, felt like I was fobbed off because I wasn't buying a phone. Will stick to wigan branch or Trafford Centre in future. Lovely customer service.
