I use this garage to fill up my car every week so not just using it as a parcel drop zone but for the last 2 days they have had no parcel labels for EVRi parcel drop don?t know who you have as a manager here but wouldn?t it be a better thing if when you got to your last label roll to put in a order then stock control manager now have to travel 15 mins out my way to get my parcels dropped offUseless get your staff trained

Disgusting service yesterday from the girl behind the counter, in a vest with her horrible tattoos showing. No customer service experience, couldn't be bothered to scan my Shell card so I left it. Told her to learn some manners she told me if I don't like it to go to another service station. I swear I could have **** her, I will be putting in a formal complaint to shell in writing! Employee people who are employable, what a disgrace.

Disgrace of a service, I went on 9/04/23 after 6pm. The girl was on her phone, vaping away, in a vest looked like a tramp to put it nicely. The worst part is she was huffing and puffing at me like she can't be bothered to do her job or to serve me. Disgusting animal shouldn't be in customer service role, go back to council estate. really ruined my mood never coming back again

I use this station quite often to fill my car and when I am there I sometimes spend a few quid in the shop. However for the first time yesterday I needed some money and wanted to use the cash machine. The cash machine has a fee to use it.This is a abarbaric practice and I shall not be using this station again nor giving my money to a business with these morals.

Man on in the day really nice and helpful. The older woman and younger woman on at night miserable, patronising, make you feel unwelcome and bad to actually buy stuff, talking to random people about nothing so you don't get served and angry if you interrupt their conversation when they are not purchasing anything and that they have to actually do the job they get paid for. Disgraceful!

Appalling service. Queued in line to be told when I reached the front of the queue I had to join another queue, which didn't have anyone serving it, as people buying petrol would be served first, even if they entered the shop after me, ridiculous, I walked out! This was my regular filling station, I'll let another garage profit from my purchases in future.

Im sure it's great for most things a garage offers, but woe betide you if you don't pick your parcels up immediately, the woman behind the counter will make it clear she has no room and chastise you for it, why some people choose to work in the service industry I'll never know. Just plain rude.

The high standard of UK fuel means there?s no reason it should cost more here. The extra you?re spending just goes to advertising and shareholders.I?ve previously also had a problem with one particular lady serving. It was resolved, but I?d never return.

Called in to fill up Friday 9th July at 6.30pm, the staff member on duty needs to pay more attention to her personal hygiene and manners, she was uninterested and made me feel unwelcome.
