“My insurance allocated this repairs centre when I bumped my car and from start to finish the communication and customer service was excellent. Could not fault a single part of the process. Even when there was an issue post-repair I dropped off the keys on an evening and had a call at noon the next day to say they were driving it back to me to drop it off as it was all sorted (they even put petrol in my car what they used driving to drop it back off as their transport lorries were all in use!) Special shout-out to Wes who was dealing with my post-repair issue as he was super friendly, helpful and even offered to stay behind a few minutes to wait for me to drop my keys off if I needed it as I finished work close to the time their office closed & it would be the only time I could drop off them off.
