Recently joined Pwr during my visit back home from the USA. Honestly this place is great. Staff very friendly and accommodating and the gym has everything you need to improve your health and fitness.

Im fairly new to the gym, and I take HIIT classes. Great classes, Connor mixes up each session. All staff are really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the classes.

Love valhalla. Literally producing champions whether bodybuilding or powerlifting the level of kit is incredible and atmosphere is great. Awesome place to lift.
