“The Ashby dela Zouch team are fantastic! They pulled out all the stops and solved a problem for my 11 year old son so efficiently. After Boots Opticians quoted 7 to 10 days to repair his glasses or get a second pair. Vision express, booked him in after school quoting 2 to 3 days! The team were friendly and professional and helped my Son choose some suitable, smart and fashionable frames. Knowing the urgency of my Son's need, the lovely Optician checked their stock for suitable lenses. They had them and by the time I had paid for them asked us to come back in 50 mins!!! We were over the moon! However, their customer service didn't stop there. While standing outside the shop, deciding what to do while waiting the Optician came out to us and explained that her Optical technician had nearly completed them, come back in 5 minutes!!! We were gobsmacked!The Optician fitted them to my Son perfectly and we were on the way home in less than an hour from walking into the shop!Thank you to the absolutely brilliant team at Vision Express, Ashby for their real can do attitude and great customer service!”
