A family run fitness club in the Heart of Ashby de la Zouch. A full gym facility including cardio machines, resistance machines and an extensive free weights area.
We feature a small and intimate class studio with over 20 classes per week including Spinning, Pump, Yoga and Pilates amongst many others. Personal training plans and body transformations, are a great addition to our FREE personal programming service. We have male and female changing facilities and onsite Sports Massage and Physiotherapist.
