Home to the Motiv8 Academy which provides an innovative Fitness & Martial Arts curriculum for children & teens aged 5 - 16 yrs.
Our Adults programme offers Fitness & Boxing classes for Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced to the Semi-Pro & Pro ranks.
Our coaching team has worked at the highest level in Elite sport, competing & managing at a National / International level. PT available!
