Absolutely love our new blinds - thank you! After a query at the start of the ordering process, which was dealt with professionally and quickly, the blinds arrived quickly. Easy to fit (following the instructions) and the end result is exactly as we had envisaged. Neat (almost invisible) when not in use. Bonus that they can be moved up as well as down...we live at the top of a hill so we pull them up for privacy, but can still see the view/have natural light. All in all very happy customers and will be returning for more when we get blinds for the downstairs windows.

I couldn't find many review for Vale Blinds so only ordered 2 blinds on Friday to trial for Keylite T01 windows, which arrived the next day, Saturday. They fit great so 4 more blinds ordered. Thanks.

Was nervous about ordering made to measure Luxaflex but measuring tool was straightforward with guidance and lady on the phone also helped. Perfect fit and working fine for almost a year now. Good value if you know what you want.

This company has no clue on how to sell goods. There is no way to know for sure on their website how to measure your windows and find the correct blinds on their website. When it comes to returning your items, you are told that 'as a gesture of good will they would accept your return at no extra cost as usually they will charge you for this'. Absolutely, outrageous! You are best off buying your blinds from another more reputable dealer as you run the risk of not getting your refund. Very poor customer service.

I have used Vale Blinds to supply various window coverings over the years (blackout blinds and venetian blinds) and have always been very pleased with the service I have received. They have a huge range, their website is very easy to use and prices are reasonable.Most recently I ordered three Luxaflex venetian blinds. Unfortunately, Luxaflex incorrectly manufactured the blinds I ordered. I contacted Vale Blinds Customer Service team who quickly and efficiently resolved the issue. Luxaflex had to remanufacture the blinds for me and while there was inevitably a slight delay the blinds have now arrived and are perfect.I am highly impressed with Vale Blinds and have absolutely no hesitation to recommend them.

Terrible service.Took well over a month before after I chased, I was told my blinds were lost. Bare in mind this is the second time the blinds were "delay". This time I asked for a refund - and miraculously my order was easily cancelled - as if it hadn't even begun to be made.Yet here I am, 2 weeks later and there is no refund into my account.Avoid.Edit 20th May 2021:Thanks for the reply Vale, and a great chance for you to re-write history. As you can see from the screenshot below, you advised delivery would be 4th of May and I cancelled on the 7th of May due to the lack of produce. Another example of deceit.Oh and I only received a refund, once again after chasing, today... 13 days later.Save yourself the pain and just go elsewhere.

Very poor customer service which will send you to emails rather than dealing with issues over the phone.If you are unfortunate enough to require a T or P code then be certain to not select the code and then specify that it is new timber or plastic as they will send the wrong item. To quote from their response "The fact that you have selected your window is New Timber with T code is irrelevant."This will then lead to them trying to extort more money out of you without trying to resolve the issue or acknowledge a fault with their ordering system. Now that restrictions have been lifted deal with Keylite or your required manufacturer directly as these will act as a pass between with no care for you as their customer.

Used this company via ebay. A compete shambles - time wasters. Got the size wrong, then blame the factory, on other words they are just a middle man! Then believe it or not, they sent the wrong size again! On both occasions they put you at the back of the queue of manufacturing (you think it's an off the shelf product). The product was looked and felt cheap! They did give me a full refund but after weeks of messing me around!! I appreciate that 'CV' is causing problems with all aspects of our lives - but I hate when firms use it as an excuse for incompetence, BUYERS BEWARE!!

Fabulous value for quality blinds. Responded quickly to correspondence before delivery. Very pleased and would happily use this company again. Purchased Colt Roto blackout blinds. Incredibly easy to fit and block out all light. These are better quality than other online value blinds I've purchased.

Ordered two x Vale for Velux black out blinds for next day delivery in white. One was damaged upon receipt, customer services were quick to send out replacement bars, however now that both blinds have been installed it's apparent how poor quality the material is. Fabric in both blinds ruckles at the edges all the way down each side resulting in a cheap and poorly made look. Really disappointed especially as they were installed as part of a surprise bedroom makeover for my daughter. Despite sending out new bars customer services weren't particularly empathetic about the faulty product or the fact packaging was broken /open so I haven't tried asking them for help a second time. I'm hoping that the ruckles will settle down, if not I've wasted my money and will have to replace.

Buyer beware.... I purchased their Vale alternative to Fakro blinds and regretted it once they arrived. They are far lower quality than the original and difficult, if not impossible, to fit properly. The customer service is responsive but almost condescending in the way they communicate with you if you are not an expert on blinds... The blind also had a couple of noticeable creases; their advice: ?As for the creases, once the blind has been fitted if you leave it down for a while the heat from the room should help and the crease should become less visible.? Great.My advice, pay more for the original product, and stay away from these cheaper, but ultimately much lower quality products. Ten days later I have already had to replace their shoddy blind with an original Fakro from another company.... It was my mistake buying this blind to start with (you get what you pay for) but it was pretty clear Vale Blinds had no interest in helping me out, hence purchasing from an alternative (cheaper and more helpful) supplier.
