Crab Hand Picked, Brown Crab Emulsion, Heritage Tomatoes, Tomato Consommé. For Mains - Seabream roasted fillet, Charred Fennel, Confit Potatoes, Peas. 8oz 30 Day Hung Sirloin, Triple Cooked Chips, Confit Tomato, Mushroom. Desserts Dark chocolate delice, salted caramel, coffee Strawberries and Cream, Basil Strawberry Parfait, Vanilla Panna Cotta, Meringue, Basil Gel. The food was above expectations, and the portions were very generous, we were totally stuffed. Craig and his team did a great job, and James's service was excellent. The location is ideal if you've just landed from the airport and want some nice food with great hospitality. Or maybe stay here before jetting off. They also do a set Sunday lunch and afternoon teas, which we're going to have to come back and try.”
