The staff are especially polite, particularly the younger guy that works there, always pleasant. The service is rapid. More often than not, I?m in and out in less than two minutes!

Whilst the staff are usually friendly and helpful and it is a nice clean and spacious chemist, the phone is rarely answered and it is clear that they do not employee enough staff to get the medicines ready etc and they don't have time to serve customers.They told a man in front of me that he couldn't have medicine unless it was an emergency because they were too busy.They asked me whether the medicine (an inhaler) I came for was essential because they were too busy if it wasn't.I popped to the shop as they said it would be 20 minutes to prepare my medicine.When I got back the staff were making jokes about customers getting in the way of their job and the fact that they were too busy with prescriptions as somebody bought in a stack of crates full of medicines in bags.I think the issue is that they are not paid to come in early or stay late after closing to get stock organised and they allow the public facing side of their job to suffer for it.But I must say I did think the staff were unprofessional as it is not the first time I have witnessed them complaining about their workload and customers getting in the way of it.I have also been told byLong Lane Surgery next door that they have difficulty getting them on the phone when the doctor wants to speak to the pharmacist.It just seems hazardous to have a pharmacy not take calls when somebody could be ringing about important medicine queries which if go unanswered could very well result in a fatality and it is concerning that the support staff don't seem to take their duty of care to patients of the surgery seriously.That said, the staff are usually very friendly and informative and the problem here is really that they are not hiring the correct amount of staff or paying staff overtime to help with stock so they are running around like little buckets of stress just one short mistake away from causing a serious medical emergency through being overworked.

Arrived on time for flu jab - 10 minutes later the pharmacist sees two walk-ins before me. When asked when I?m due I?m left in a consultation room (door open) for 10 minutes before I have to ask again. Had to ask for an apology.

Wonderful people, wonderful customer service
Advice. For those who order repeat prescription through their doctor online, please allow 7 days for the prescription to be processed, don?t leave it to the last minute

Awful service from this chemist. Left an 87 yar old, housebound patient without meds which should have been delivered 7 days earlier. Lady has no outside support. We had to drive 130 miles to collect her prescription and drop it off for her! Absolutely outrageous. Tried calling several times today to discuss but the call rings out then is cut off. Prescriptions are marked for delivery for a reason its not a convenience like Tescos its a necessity for those who are ill and vulnerable!

Poor service. Last three times not got mums prescription. Tell me to back next day ,outstanding tablets still not there. Person from GP goes round hey presto they can order from different suppliers. Mum is diabetic and these tablets she relies on.Also hygiene standards aren?t very good either

Normally really polite and helpful but today lady was very abrupt and blunt and pretty rude to be honest I understand they are busy but it costs nothing to be nice have prescription in to doctor last week and not ready a week later!

Not at all helpful!! Told me to ring 1111. I rang Boots in Coalville instead and they were able to help me. My prescription had been issued by my GP on 30th May but hadn?t been actioned by Well Pharmacy, Broomleys and so because of the 2 days Bank Holiday and Broomleys Well Pharmacy being closed on Saturday I had run out of my prescription, hence my visit to Well Pharmacy Long Lane. I would like to pay tribute to the Pharmacist and staff at Boots in Coalville. They were extremely understanding and were only too happy to help; a totally different experience compared to Well Pharmacy.

My wife came back fuming prescription should have been ready Friday having waited for 10 mins told it was not ready no apology disgusting would never use again but unfortunately I live next door could be worth moving!!!

Without fail every prescription has to have three visits to collect, due to no stock, late delivery, other non realistic reasons, I was surprised whilst waiting that others had same problem complete or part medication missingThis means three visits causing frustration, anger and three visits in car..not very green eitherNeeds sorting soon
