Friendly w/h staff but 'health and safety policy' not allowed to remain in cab while being unloaded. What a complete load of rubbish these people who make these rules up. Listen to the drivers, it's safer for us to wait in cabs where we can rest rather than standing about waiting.

had 9 pallets booked for delivery - requested to add another 3 pallets to same deliver . Said not possible bring them next week - very green policy!
