Stayed 2 nights for a work conference. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Despite being on the doorstep of East Midlands airport it was not noisy and slept well. Food was good and staff helpful. Used the leisure centre which was fine although jacuzzi was out of order. Pool was nice but could have been a bit bigger as a more than a handful of people meant you collided as you swam up and down.

Asked for a room close to reception due to disabilities. This was arranged and got a room close to the swimming pool which was great. Good food, had pizza in the restaurant and it was the best. Great service and friendly staff Only complaint is I couldn?t use my money, to buy drinks.

We had overnight stay before flying and then 8 days parking. We found the room quiet, spacious and comfortably well appointed. Check in and out was speedy and simple. We did not eat at the hotel but the menu looked impressive. A very short walk to the airport terminal. We will use this well run convenient hotel again.

Excellent start to our holiday - easy parking, lovely rooms, helpful staff & great bar with restaurant. We enjoyed a drink & a meal in the restaurant & it was very good. The rooms are perfect for an overnight stay & it's only a short walk to the airport. It's so easy & stress free!

Stayed one night on a park and fly basis. It was very easy to park the car and check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We were given a voucher for free coffees and 10% discount for food and drinks, there was a good choice of meals in the bar. Had a good nights sleep. We didn't have breakfast as our flight was very early the next morning. It's a quick and easy walk to the airport. Checking out on return was easy and straight forward. This was not the cheapest option but you pay a premium for the convenient location I guess. We would definitely stay again if we were flying from East Midlands.

We had a twin room and it was lovely. It was clean and the beds were fabulous. We had a great nights sleep. The bed linen and pillows were pure white clean and fluffy and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was well presented with good choices and cooked to perfection. Everything was perfect. Lots of complimentary teas and coffees in room. Completely silent in room once door closed. . No noise from corridor or other rooms and no noise from aeroplanez even though basex in airport. Would stay again.

Visited on an 1 night Caledonian coach trip with sister and brother in law.My room was a double and was very cozy and warm on arrival. Very clean although a few stains on carpet, which had been cleaned but oviously to stubborn to remove. Sheets and pillowcases were immaculately clean and bed so comfy I did not want to get up next morning and had a lovely quiet nights sleep.. Both evening meal and breakfast were lovely. Good choice of both meals which were hot and very tasty. Was serve yourself which I was happy with as could choose amount you like but staff there to help with any requirements. All the staff in restaurant and bar area were very friendly and welcoming so made it a very plesant stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return next year if I book a coach trip Chatsworth House and this was the hotel we would be staying at ?.

Plenty of parking Rooms are nice and clean. We had nice towels. Beds comfy. Location good for airport and you can park for £5 per night while you?re away. Food was ?so so? we just had Paninis. Got voucher for 10% off food and a complementary Costa. Staff in restaurant are lovely. Now the ?spa? is another matter. You do get towels so no need to take any. Photos on website really big up the pool but it?s small and we had to wait till 630pm to use it as there were swimming lessons ongoing. So we went in the sauna which is tiny and smelled strongly of urine. Steam room is ok. We asked for jets to be switched on in bubble pool (the reception staff have to do this) and got in only to get out a few minutes later due to a strong emerging vapour of bleach stinging our eyes. I mentioned it to receptionist and she replied ?yea people say that?. As mine and my sons swimwear dried it was clear that it had been bleached. Mine went from bright blue to dirty blue/purple and my sons from black to khaki/green. I threw mine out as wasn?t going to use it again in that state. Our skin smelled for days of bleach and I had sore throat, my son stomach pains and feeling sick. Left for airport at 330am so can?t comment on breakfast but continental is available really early..from 3am I believe.

The only problem we had was when we turned up to check in we had found our booking had been cancelled but we weren?t informed by anyone but we had our confirmation email Mayura on reception was brilliant ?? and sorted out the mess He is a credit to the hotel nothing was too much trouble

Good bits: We stayed 1 night before a flight and paid for parking on site which is fantastic value , and literally a 3 minute walk to the airport.Hotel was clean and tidy.The bar staff and reception staff were very friendly and professional.Room was large , the bed and bedding all top class.Would definitely stay again 100%. Little bit bad bit: I paid for the meal deal extra 10% off at £40 and got vouchers for £50 the plan was to have evening meal and breakfast the following morning.The lady on reception told us it was ok to do this and we would pay what we owed over the vouchers £50 before checking out.We ordered 2 meals and 2 side dishes for evening meal (which was beautiful and fresh)the bill came to £37 .We were then told that we couldn?t do what the lady on reception told us and that the 10% voucher deal was just for evening meal ! So we had £50 of vouchers paid £40 for them, ate a meal which was £36.The manager said we couldn?t save the £16 to put towards breakfast as it was an ?evening meal deal ?! It doesn?t say that when they offer it online or on the vouchers they give you?None of the answers made sense so I gave up trying.Life?s too short. So unless you have the appetite of a horse or there is more than 2 of you I would give this ?Deal? a miss. The hotel need to look at this and get their staff and how the deal is advertised all in line. Moan over. I would definitely recommend the food tho the pizza and Risotto were amazing the lady who served us was a joy. Like I said we would definitely use this Hotel again.It hasn?t put me off but it needs sorting because if 1 person buys the ?deal? then it would cost them more than necessary

Very dated hotel, paint peeling off bathroom door and a weird (old) smell in the room. Food was poor, the food I ordered off the menu is not what was delivered. Did take it up with the bar staff who gave a 10% discount. Would probably not stay again, the Premier Inn is much nicer !!

We used this hotel as it included airport parking for 2 weeks & a 1 night overnight stay. Great location for walking to the airport terminal, a 5-10 min walk. Hotel room was clean & well equipped & the bed was really comfortable. Would recommend, especially if you have an early morning flight. Busy bar area which served good but we just had drinks. Quite a wait to check in, but I think it was bad timing on our part.

Rooms are outstanding and comfortable. Beds are excellent. Checked in online and got access to the rooms very quickly. Direction to the rooms could have been a bit better but no problem locating them. Bar onsite was well stocked but the Costa section ran out of milk! I know it was early evening but this should not really happen. Had car parking booked as well. Very reasonably priced for an airport. Just 5-10 minute walk to the terminal. Would definitely use again before flying from East Midlands.

Booked a room for the night with a week?s parking due to 6am flight the next day. Hotel was great and very convenient for the airport. Check in and out on return was very smooth. Big shout out to George in the bar. He?s an absolute credit to the team. Nothing was too much trouble and he clearly enjoys his work. Will use again if the opportunity presents itself.
