Klaudia & Sevi were very helpful and considerate of my circumstances. Would recommend them, as they went the extra mile to ensure I had comfortable room and assisted with helping me with parking.

I would say it's an average experience, rooms were pretty bare minimum, no side tables and chairs (seems they were removed) and no toiletries and nothing else. Just towels and a few sachets of coffee and that's it. Got assigned the room that was next to the entrance door and it was so noisy with people coming in and out... read full comment

Location convenient close to M25. Large sprawling hotel. Rooms and corridors pretty tired. I checked in very late and the room despite being non smoking stunk of smoke with the window left open so it was freezing but too tired to try and change.
