Fantastic customer service from the young man who went above and beyond - came up to me and asked if I?d like a trolley this morning, as I was struggling with a full basket but I didn?t have a pound for one. He then went outside and got me a trolley and brought it to me. Very kind of him and was very much appreciated. Wish I got his name, but a big thank you to him!

I visited Smyths Enfield today to buy gifts for my children! I was helped by 3 members of staff who were all super helpful and lovely !Bursa, sibs and Amira the manager! Superb staff member and a credit to the companyThanks guysDaniel

worse customer service ever! they dont want to know about faulty items or deal with problems, its all good when theyre selling items, they just brush you off especially a fat chick called sibel that thinks shes some kind of security, theyre arrogant and rude

"Stuff Bushra enfield retail" needs to be trained how to serve customer in a professional way" Not to throw/ or slide the product we have paid for, also please privide her some training how to serve customers in a soft manner with a smile not in a rude additude. She was very rude while i asked her about a toy she replied she is busy i need to ask someone else and after made the payment she slide the products to me with an addidute. We pay for our product dont just go and get it for free so show us some respect.

I always go to smyths with my grandchildren, as they love going there. On this instance we queued up for about 10min, when a cashier opened up another till. Rather than serving the next customer in line( which was us) she served the last customer in line. Staff should know to treat customers in order of first come first serve bases. That was most annoying.

I am fuming, as I tempted to return a toddler scooter advertised as suitable for a 2+, which clearly wasn?t as we tried to assemble it and she fell from it straight away. So we disassembled it right away and I was expecting a refund, however they refused it as it could not resell but this is not my problem as they could use it as a display which they didn?t have at the time I bought the item.I ended up leaving with no refund and I also refused to take the item back with me as it?s clearly a joke!!! It is not about the money but the principle of understanding where a customer is coming from. Terrible customer service, as the shop assistant was rolling his eyes at me when I was definitely being polite, not to mention the manager which did not make an effort of logically understanding the matter. I will never purchase anything from here ever again, thinking of the money I have spent in this place over the years.

Please do jot buy anything of importance or high value here, returning it is very difficult even when there is a fault. I should have to fight with a retail assistant who has had no training on how to diagnose technical devices.I bought a garmin watch on the 30th March for my mums birthday, the watch was faulty so we went back to the store with receipt in the 3rd April.I was informed that they would need to test it for the faults and then would get back to us. I tried to call the store for an update and no one answered and no one called us to update us of the result. So we went back to the store to find out what happened.We were then attended to by a retail assistant called Jordan, he was extremely rude!He told us that our watch was fine so we were not entitled to a refund, when we asked him what had been done to test it he said I charged it and downed an app, I proceeded to explain that was not the issue. He said well it works. I asked him what expertise he had to test the watch, he said I don't need to know how it works. And refused to refund it.After explaining about 10 times what the fault was he proceeded to try what we stated and realised it was faulty. At that point we went given the option to get an exchange her just said "give me your card"This watch was a present for my mum who is not very techie and had I not been there to explain and explain nd eplain to Jordan what the fault was she would have been sent home with a faulty item and expected to keep an expensive watch that was not fit for purpose.Also, upon noting there was an actual fault with the watch after denying it Jordan should have apologised.I won't be buying anything expensive there again.

The guy who helped me was so lovely. I genuinely could not remember the game my brother wanted! With only a few details from me he was able to figure it out, I was amazed! Honestly a life saver thank you Jordan - I?ll be back for Christmas gifts for sure.

When in to get my boyfriend a game, as I am clueless asked the guy with long hair behind the games desk for help and he was fantastic, talked me through games and really helped and to top it off boyfriend loves Pokémon Scarlett! So thank you so much! Wish I got your name long haired guy! You were the best!

Absolutely terrible customer service, I bought a £110 Xbox controller, and as soon as I got home and plugged it in it started malfunctioning, ?A? button was intermittent, would show that I pressed it 3 times when trying to input my login password, left joystick had drift from the start, I took it back to the store the next day and was made to feel as if I stole it. They refused to exchange it and even a refund, asked to keep it for 48 hours I refused, came back the next day and asked for the manger to test it in front of me, he started playing textris and was satisfied that a game that has 3 button capabilities was sufficient evidence that it work?s perfectly(left & right on the d pad and A). Was very rude about it made me regret buying anything that?s electronic Smyth?s toys or from any toy shop. Promises a call during the testing period, never received one.Long story short customer services was much help I had to fight otherwise I would have ended up wasting my money with a faulty item.

Busra needs to sort her attitude out at the tills been here a few times while she was at the tills she got attitude no good customer service skills atall. She literally just put the receipt on the counter as if we are not there. She?s giving the ? why did you come and your bothering me attitude?

Was wonderful customer service by Aisha.Provided me with a switch but offered me a bundle deal which save me money also advised me on the correct games for my child?s age and what is most popular and my son loved it!!! Also a great store overall very clean !
